These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and activities on the Ace356 platform. By using the ace356.my website, mobile app, or any associated sub-domains or related platforms, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2.1 Age & Identity Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Ace356. All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Ace356 reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time, and all funds in such an account may be forfeited.

For verification purposes, we accept a National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one ace356 account is permitted per person, address, IP address, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

4.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the scheduled completion time, all bets on that match will be refunded – unless the minimum required playing time (as defined by the sport) has been met and a result has already been determined.

4.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT). This limit applies to accumulator bets as well. Any winnings beyond this amount will be paid out following a review.

5.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
